Activate Direct Debit
With direct debit (SEPA) you pay your invoices automatically from now on. This way, you're sure that the renewal of your products and domains always goes smoothly, and you never have to think about an invoice again.
Activating direct debit
- Log in to Mijn WebOké.
- Click Mijn Facturen in the menu and choose Automatische incasso.
- Click Automatische incasso activeren.
- You'll be taken to the payment page of our payment provider Mollie. There, transfer €0.01 once via iDeal, from the account we're allowed to debit. This payment confirms the mandate.
Once the payment is complete, the direct debit is active. We'll then automatically debit any outstanding invoices, followed by all your new invoices. On the same page, you'll now see your mandate number, your account number, and the account holder name.
Stopping direct debit
Want to stop the direct debit? Go to Mijn Facturen › Automatische incasso and click Incasso stopzetten. You can reactivate the direct debit at any time afterwards.
Good to know
- Don't issue a chargeback if something's not right, just contact us and we'll refund you. A chargeback automatically cancels the direct debit agreement.
