Downloading your data or deleting your account

Your data belongs to you. In the client portal you can therefore download all your data yourself and, if you no longer want to be a client, delete your account with all your data.

Downloading all your data

  1. Go to My details and scroll to Your data and privacy.
  2. Click Download all my data.

You get one zip file with:

  • gegevens.json: your account, logins, contacts, products, domains, invoices, payments, credit, orders, tickets with our replies, the subjects of the emails we sent you, your login history, your consents, your AI conversations, your AI Builder sites and your MCP access.
  • facturen/: all your invoices as pdf.

Passwords, security keys, transfer codes, internal notes and the content of emails are deliberately not included, so no login details end up in the file.

Deleting your account and data

No longer want to be a client? You can delete your account yourself through My details > Delete all my data. This is possible when you:

  • have no active products or domains left (cancel them or transfer your domains);
  • have no open invoices or charges still to be invoiced;
  • have no credit left on your account (contact us about that).

If something is still open, you see exactly what has to happen first. When everything is settled, you confirm with your password and type DELETE.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • You can no longer log in. Other logins lose their access to your account.
  • All your data is deleted: your account, contacts, tickets, emails, orders and logins.
  • We keep your invoices separately, as the law requires. For the first 7 years with your name and address, after that without (anonymised). The invoices themselves remain.

Want to keep anything? Download your data first.

Automatic deletion after 1 year

If you have no active products anymore, we delete your account automatically after 1 year, in the same way as above. We keep your invoices separately then as well. If you still have an open invoice or credit, this only happens once those are settled.
