Hack repair service

Because scripts such as WordPress and Joomla are used by so many people worldwide, they are also a popular target for hackers.

Hackers often exploit outdated themes or plugins to break into a website, or use special software to find out the administrator password. A hacked website can quickly cause panic, but fortunately it can almost always be fixed.

If we find that one of your websites has been hacked, we will let you know by email. You can then try to fix it yourself with the help of our knowledge base.

Don't feel like doing it yourself, don't have the time, or not sure where to start? Then our hack repair service may be just the thing for you. We set up this service at the request of many of our customers. Third parties who are not yet customers of ours are welcome too.

You pay € 89 for a fix within 3 working days and € 129 for a fix within 24 hours. These prices exclude VAT.
The steps we take to fix your hack include:

  1. First of all, cutting off the hacker's access to the website
  2. Investigating which files are infected and deleting/restoring them
  3. Restoring a safe backup of both all files and the database
  4. Closing the hole the hacker exploited
  5. Updating all themes and plugins with the latest security updates
  6. No cure, no pay. In the unlikely event that we cannot fix your hack, you pay nothing.

If you would like to use this service, let us know by creating a ticket and we will get to work as soon as possible. In the ticket, state which website it concerns and give us as much information about the website as possible.
