Costs of specific work
At WebOké, we make sure all our servers are always fast and stable, and that our customers' hosting accounts, domains and websites are reachable.
Our support team is always ready to answer questions and give advice, solve general problems and carry out small tasks for our customers, and we are happy to do so.
Unfortunately, we do have to set a limit on the work we can carry out for our customers, partly because of the low price of the hosting packages we offer. Customers are expected to be able to manage their hosting package themselves, with advice from our support team if needed. If more than just our advice is needed and we are asked to carry out specific (major) work, we can do this for a fee, always on a No Cure, No Pay basis. Below you can see the costs of some specific types of work:
RATES:
- You have cancelled your hosting account and it has already been removed from the servers, but you still need a copy:
- We can still retrieve backups for up to a few weeks after removal. However, this involves a lot of manual work.
- Option A: Supplying zip files containing all data of the hosting package (mail is in the so-called Maildir format): EUR 75.00
- Option B: Restoring the entire hosting package from the backups: EUR 80.00
- Restoring a hosting package/restoring backups (if possible) after invoices have remained unpaid and the account has since been removed: EUR 150.00
- Restoring a backup of an entire website including database (up to max. 31 days back) to the same hosting account. EUR 60.00
- Restoring a backup of an entire website including database (up to max. 31 days back) to a different hosting account. EUR 95.00
- Restoring a backup of the mail of 1 or more email addresses. EUR 50.00
- Moving a domain or user to another server without loss of data. EUR 75.00
- Other work EUR 95.00 per hour. Billed in units of 15 minutes, with a minimum of 15 minutes, always rounded up.
CONDITIONS:
- Work is normally only carried out during office hours.
- No guarantee applies to the work.
- WebOké.nl is not obliged to carry out the work.
- WebOké.nl may return the order without giving reasons, in which case nothing will be charged.
- All rates are exclusive of VAT
- Payment within 14 days
- No Cure, No Pay
